The Keo Easy is the perfect option for the recreational cyclist who wants an easy to use pedal. Spring tension is a very light 8nm, but is not adjustable. At 140g per pedal, the Keo Easy is a very light option, especially within its category. The Keo standard has been developed with the aim of reducing the weight and bulk of the cleat/pedal assembly while maintaining compatibility with all cycling shoes on the market. Clip in and clip out are secure and highly effective. The Keo platform provides excellent foot to pedal stability as well as good power transfer. LOOK spindles are only approved after a rotational test of 2 million cycles at 100 rpm with a load of 90 kg on the centre of the pedal and eccentric rotation, which replicates a bump at each revolution. This pedal is the perfect choice for first timers and for recreational cyclists.

My recently adopted rescue kitty loves this self-warming mat. We live in the south, and sometimes the temps drop a bit. My kitten is 6 months old and she is a gangly, lanky girl. She fits on the mat when curled up- but she likes to sprawl as well. This size is great for inside her travel carrier, but I will more than likely also order a larger size for home use so that I can keep the smaller one in her travel carrier. I ordered the brown and I like the rich, chocolatey color. The top is a very fine micro velvet that is very soft. The underside is polyester that has some small rubber dots for traction. It is thin and very pliable. The mat is great quality and has held up with my kitty attacking it during playtime as well. Whether for home or for travel uses- it’s a big hit with my kitty! Works just as described and makes a wonderful addition for these colder months.
